Spanning both hemispheres for new rugby talent...

First of all, a sincere thanks to all the clubs and players who have supported Rugbyscout.com over the past 3 years. We have enjoyed tremendous success and been able to place far more players than we could possibly have anticipated.

Rugbyscout.com has helped players to experience life (and rugby) in other parts of the world, and enabled clubs to enhance their squads with talent that they would, otherwise, never have known about.

PERSONAL SERVICE!

We've prided ourselves on removing all of the guess work and hassle. In fact, we believe that the success of Rugbyscout.com is down to the fact that everything is organised ‘up-front’ and there is absolutely no risk involved to players or clubs. The needs of each are analysed and discussed, and the correct matches are made before any firm arrangements are put in place.

THE FUTURE!

Steven Henshaw, the founder of Rugbyscout.com has now returned from two years in New Zealand, making contacts and sourcing players and scouts. The success of the venture has resulted in the need to review the way the business is organised.

The rate of growth has been far greater than anticipated and, in order to ensure that existing and future clients receive the standard of service they have come to expect, a new structure and additional personnel are required.

To ensure that this process is carried out in the most effective manner, no new activity will take place between November 2007 and February 2008. This will not have any major effect on clients as most of the recruitment for season 2007/8 is complete and the new structure (including an up-dated web site) will be in place in good time for the 2008/9 season.

Those clubs and players that are still in the process of finalising arrangements for this season will, of course, see these placements completed.
